Our Halden Amphora Stoneware Planter is crafted from high-fired ceramic with a matte, stone-like finish — cool grey in tone and textured like poured concrete. Designed for indoor placement, its amphora-inspired silhouette offers a wide, rounded body and narrow neck, standing 36cm tall with enough visual weight to anchor open floor space, shelving, or alcoves.
Best styled with tall faux branches, dried stems, or left empty as a standalone object. Its weight and presence make it ideal for minimal interiors, architectural spaces, and rooms where restraint speaks louder than detail.
Please note, the vase's intended purpose is for faux flowers: to display real flowers use a florist's cellophane wrap to contain water.
Dimensions: 26L x 26W x 42H cm
Material: Ceramic – Coarse-textured, matte grey finish with gently ribbed amphora form

▸ Echoes of Brunswick –
With softly exaggerated handles and a stoic amphora silhouette, Halden nods to the architectural massing of the Brunswick Centre — raw, weighty, and quietly refined. The form recalls ancient storage vessels but is reinterpreted here with the austerity and proportion of British brutalism.
▸ Poured Earth, Soft Rib –
Crafted in stoneware with a chalky matte finish, the surface reads like aged render: gently ribbed, softly weathered, and never glossy. The texture feels grounded — almost sedimentary — catching light across its curves and giving depth to the muted grey tone.
▸ A Vessel Without Expectation –
Place it where presence is needed: on console corners, gallery plinths, or low cabinetry. It holds volume without shouting — empty or filled, the silhouette feels sculptural. Particularly strong when styled alone, or paired with tall faux stems to exaggerate the negative space around it.
▸ Structured in Tone
The Halden Amphora Planter pairs with the compact version from the same series and the Brackenwell Autumn White Faux Hydrangea Stem for a sculptural yet softened arrangement. The amphora’s tall, grey-toned stoneware form brings vertical weight, while the compact planter anchors at a lower level. The hydrangea stem introduces gentle blush tones that lift the cool palette. Together, they offer a layered console or corner arrangement built on tonal calm, architectural form, and textural clarity.
