Not to fear! If an order has been placed, and you wish make changes to the order or shipping information please reach out within the 24 hour window prior to purchasing and we will make amends.

2. Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM BTS will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM BTS will begin the processing period of the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or UK holidays.

3. Tracking An Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
